Ron began building custom homes and villas in the Omaha area over twenty five years ago. Southfork Homes success is due to the fine team he has assembled, both in the office and in the field. Southfork will deliver a home that is a sound investment and built to last a lifetime.
 PAULINE UHING – DESIGNER – HOME STAGER - REALTOR
Pauline works with Ron to design floor plans that fit the diverse needs of our customers. She also designs and decorates our model homes. Each customer has the opportunity to have a two hour design consultation with Pauline at no charge during their building process. She is also a licensed realtor.
 DOUG HOWE – FIELD OPERATION MANAGER
Doug has been an important part of Southfork Homes since it began in 1984. As the field supervisor and part owner, Doug oversees every detail of the building process from beginning to end.
HOW WE GET IT DONE:
Southfork Homes has a wide variety of floor plans from which to choose, any of these can be modified to fit your specific needs. If you have something unique in mind, we invite you to work with our in-house residential designer Bill Kamper. His creative flair, knowledge and skill as a draftsman can take your ideas and make them become a reality.
The fine details of your home will be taken care of by Stewart Petersen, our Project Manager and Estimator. He has over 30 years experience in the home construction business and will be of great value to you. He’s there to answer all your questions and will guide you through the entire building process.
Our well rounded team provides a level of service and attention to detail that clients covet. We are proud to say that many of our customers are on their 2nd or 3rd Southfork home. The end result for you will be a home that reflects your individual personality and style, whatever that may be.
We provide a one year full service warranty to the original owner of each new home. Southfork Homes is an industry leader and has earned an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
